Keto Salami Platter

You are hungry and need to prepare something fast? Usually, we all have, most of the time everything in the fridge for Keto Salami Platter. Snack (Meal) can be ready in 5 to 10 minutes if you already have boiled Egg – max 15 minutes with all preparation including the egg. To be keto-frendlyer, make sure that Salamai doesn’t have added sugar. Amount of ingredients is for one person.

You will need:
2 cups – Spinach
2 oz – Cucumber, cut into circles
2 tsp – Olive oil
1 – boiled, cut in half Egg
5 – Salami Slices
6 – Olives
1 tbsp – Mayonnaise
Salt to taste

How to do it:

1.- Place the spinach on a plate and drizzle with olive oil.
2.- Season with salt to taste.
3.- Put layers of the Salami slice and Cucumber circles on the plate.
4.- Next is boiled Egg and Olives.
5.- Serve with small bowl of mayonnaise.
