You will need (for 1 person):
For the Cheese Layer:
1 oz – Cream Cheese
¼ cup – Heavy Cream
2 tsp – Powdered Erythritol
For the Fruit Layer:
2 tbsp – Frozen Blueberries
½ tsp – Powdered Erythritol
How to do it:
1.- Mix all ingredients for the cheese layer.
2.- Put first blueberries than erythritol in a another bowl, slightly macerating the berries.
3.- Layer prepared blueberries in a glass.
4.- Add cheese mixture and few berries on top for decoration.
5.- Chill until ready to serve.
