Love at first bite! Here, we are using a pork rinds as a coating instead of the usual bread crumbs. It tastes much better! Using spices and parmesan is helping to enhance the flavor and gave it a new taste. Amount of ingredients is for one person.

You will need:
100 grams – shelled and deveined Shrimp
25 grams – Pork rinds
¼ tsp – Paprika
¼ tsp – Garlic powder
¼ tsp – dried Oregano
1 Tbsp – Parmesan Cheese
¼ tsp – Chili powder
Salt, to taste
1 Tbsp – Olive Oil, for frying
1 Egg, whisked
1 Tbsp – Mayonnaise, as dip, to serve

How to do it:
1.- Prepare a bowl with parmesan cheese.
2.- Prepare a bowl with the spices.
3.- Season the shrimps with the spices and add the parmesan cheese.
4.- Mix until the shrimps are fully coated. Set aside.
5.- Prepare a bowl with whisked egg
6.- Prepare a bowl with pork rinds.
7.- Dip the shrimp, one at a time into the egg.
8.- Finally, coat the shrimps with pork rinds.
9.- Place into a plate.
10.- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
11.- Add the breaded shrimps and cook until orange in color.
12.- Flip carefully and cook the other side.
Serve with mayonnaise as a dip.
