Keto No-Bake Choco Walnut Cookie

Delicious desert in only 10 minutes – to prepare. An hour more for cake to chill, and you are ready for great desert. With just several ingredients and food processor, your Keto No-Bake Choco Walnut Cookie will be ready to enjoy. Amount of ingredients is for 4 portions.

You will need:
1/4 cup – Coconut flour
1 Tbsp – Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup – Walnuts
2 Tbsp – Almond Butter
2 Tbsp – Butter
1 tsp – Erythritol

How to do it:

1.- Put in a food processor all the ingredients.
2.- Mix it until well combined.
3.- Make balls from the mixture.
4.- Now flatten the balls into cookie sized circles using your hands in a tray.
5.- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour and after that serve.
