You will enjoy in this great and tasty energy fat balls. Almond, in general, is a keto approved nut, that is rich in vitamins and an anti-oxidant. Amount of ingredients here is for 4 portions or 4 persons.
You will need:
1/4 cup – Almond Butter
1/4 cup – Almonds
1 Tbsp – Stevia
1/4 – unsweetened Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp – MCT Oil
How to do it:
1.- Process almonds, almond butter, and stevia in a food processor, until the texture is good.
2.- Add the chocolate chips and MCT oil in to the mix.
3.- Mix using spatula until well combined.
4.- Shape the mixture into balls and place on a tray.
5.- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve. .
