Keto Pizza Puffs

This delicious snack was made similar to a muffin. Amount of ingredients makes 6 servings. Perfect Keto Pizza Puffs for snack time.

You will need:

1/4 cup – chopped, cooked Ham
1 cup – Almond Flour
1 cup – shredded Mozzarella
3 large Eggs
1 tsp – Baking Powder
1 tbsp – Tomato Sauce
1/2 tsp – dried Oregano
1/4 tsp – white Pepper

How to do it:

1.- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
2.- Lightly brush a silicon muffin pan with oil.
3.- Beat eggs and tomato sauce in a bowl.
4.- Add cheese, almond flour, baking powder, oregano and white pepper. Stir until well blended.
5.- Fold in the ham.
6.- Divide the mixture into the muffin pan and bake for 15 minutes.
