You will need:
1 Tbsp – Bacon bits
1 Tbsp – chopped Kimchi
1 Tbsp – Mayonnaise
3 (hard boiled) Eggs
1 tsp – toasted Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp – light Soy Sauce
2 tsp – chopped Spring Onions
How to do it:
1.- Peel and cut eggs in half.
2.- Separate yolks from the whites.
3.- Mix egg yolks, kimchi, bacon bits, mayonnaise, spring onions, and soy sauce in a bowl, until well combined.
4.- Spoon mixture into egg white halves.
5.- Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
