You will need:
¼ cup – diced Cucumber
1 tsp – Sesame Seeds
2 – chopped Hard-Boiled Eggs
½ tsp – Togarashi Spice
2 tbsp – Kewpie Mayo
pinch of Salt

How to do it:

1.-  Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
2.- Sprinkle with Togarashi Spice.
3.- Serve.
