Keto Chicken and Cucumber Salad

If you would like to feel full and energized throughout a day, than Keto Chicken and Cucumber Salad is great meal to start a day. This Healthy Keto Meal is great to eat any time, but it is perfect for a lunch. Ingredients are measured for one person meal.

You will need:
150 grams – Chicken Breast
100 grams – Cucumber
1 small – Tomato
¼ – Red Onions
2 Tbsp – Black Olives
1 Tbsp – Parsley
1 Tbsp-  Olive Oil
1 tsp – Lemon Juice

How to do it:

1.-  Slice the cucumber, tomatoes and red onions.
2.- Add it them all to the lunch box.
3.- Meanwhile, cook the chicken breast by frying it in olive or coconut oil.
4.- Once cooked, slice the chicken breast and add it to the lunch box.
5.- Add the black olives and top it with parsley.
6.- Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice.
