Rich with Protein and Fat, Tofu is great for Keto Diet. It is not ingredient with the lowest amount of Carbohydrates, but it is still fantastic option to add to your keto meal planning. Amount here is for one person.
You will need:
150g – firm Tofu
1/4 cup – Water
1 Tbsp – chopped Scallions
1 Tbsp – Sesame Oil
1 tsp – Sesame Seeds
1 tsp – minced Ginger
1 Tbsp – low-sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp – Mirin
2 tsp – sugar-free Maple Syrup
How to do it:
1.- Put water, spring onions, soy sauce, mirin, maple syrup, sesame oil, and ginger in a bowl and stir.
2.- Put tofu into a lightly oiled non-stick pan and fry it.
3.- Pour in teriyaki sauce mixture and simmer into a glaze.
4.- Top with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve and enjoy.
