You will love this lunch recipe. There are even more ways to cook pork chops when you focus on keto way of food preparation. Sauce is made from the bacon, onion and pork juices. Ingredient amount is for 1 person. Enjoy.

You will need:
1 Pork Chop (about 5 oz.)
1 oz – chopped Bacon
¼ – sliced Onion into thin half circles
¼ cup – Cooking Cream
¼ cup – Chicken stock
½ tbsp – Olive oil
Black pepper
Salt
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How to do it:

1.- Add olive oil in a pre heated pan (medium-high heat).
2.- Add the bacon and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3.- In the same pan, in the bacon fat, cook the onion for 3 minutes. Set aside.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4.- In the same pan cook the pork chop for 10 – 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5.- Remove the pork and return the bacon and onion in the pan. Pour chicken stock. Cook 3 minutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6.- Add cooking cream and cook until thickened.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7.- Season with black pepper and salt.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
8.- Make lettuce salad and serve together!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
