Keto Mushroom Stroganoff

You will be surprised how Mushroom Stroganoff dish can be done in only 15 minutes… Amounts of ingredients, here in recipe, is for one person.

You will need:
75 grams – Button Mushrooms
20 grams – minced Shallots
1 tbsp – Butter
1 clove – minced Garlic
1 tsp – Paprika
¼ tsp – Salt
2 tbsp – Sour Cream
1 tbsp – Chopped Parsley

How to do it:

1.- Put butter in a pan and heat it.
2.- Add and saute shallots and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.
3.- Add and stir salt, garlic, and paprika until aromatic.
4.- Add sour cream and stir for another minute.
5.- Top with chopped parsley.
