You will need:
5 oz. – Chicken Breast
2 oz. – Cauliflower
1 oz. – Broccoli
¼ cup – finely sliced Red Onion
1 tsp. – chopped Ginger
½ tsp. – Turmeric
½ tsp. – Thyme
½ cup – Cooking Cream
½ cup – Chicken stock
1 tsp. – Lemon juice
½ tbsp. – Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper

How to do it:
Keto Creamy Chicken:
1.- In a pan, on medium-high preheat olive oil.
2.- Add the chicken and cook for 5 – 7 minutes.
3.- Transfer the chicken on a plate.
4.- Add the onions in the same pan and cook 3 minutes.
5.- Add ginger.
6.- Stir in well turmeric and thyme and cook 3 more minutes.
7.- Pour chicken stock and add the cooking cream. Stir.
8.- Add the cooked chicken and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Broccoli and Cauliflower Rice:
1.- Add broccoli and cauliflower in a blender and make rice.
2.- Heat in the microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Serve the creamy chicken with broccoli cauliflower rice and enjoy.
