This is a meal that is so tasty, but in the same time easy to made. Chicken Florentine will definitely satisfy you! In the same pan you were making the main meal and the sauce that is making this meal delicious. In 30 to 40 minutes you can have this meal on your table and enjoy it with your partner or with family, just adjust an amount of the ingredients. In this recipe, amount of ingredients is for one person.
You will need:
1 pcs – Chicken leg quarter
1.5 cups – Chicken Stock
2 Tbsp – Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp – Butter
1 Tbsp – minced Shallots
1 cup – fresh Spinach
Salt and Pepper, to taste
How to do it:
1.- Put a butter in a pan and melt it.
2.- Next are shallots than add chicken on top. Season with salt and pepper.
3.- Add chicken stock just enough to cover the chicken. Bring to a simmer.
4.- Cover and poach over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
5.- Take chicken out of the pan and set aside.
6.- Reduce pan juices to approximately a quarter of a cup.
7.- Add spinach and heavy cream. Simmer over low heat until sauce is slightly thick.
8.- Return chicken into the pan and serve hot.
