Keto Broccoli and Cheddar Frittata

This dish is simple to prepare. Broccoli is loaded with minerals and vitamins and very healthy and cheddar cheese is giving specific flavor to this tasty dinner or brunch. Amount of ingredients is for one person.

You will need:
1/4 cup – Broccoli florets
1/4 cup – grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp – Butter
3 Eggs
Pinch of Salt and Paprika

How to do it:

1.- Spread on a butter over insides of heat-proof dish.
2.-  Beat in eggs, salt, and paprika.
3.- Mix in cheddar and top with broccoli florets.
4.- Microwave it for about 3 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
