Keto BBQ Chicken Kabobs

You will need:
2 Tbsp – Brown Erythritol
1/4 tsp – Cumin powder
1/8 tsp – Black Pepper
1/4 tsp – Smoked Paprika
1/8 tsp – Chili powder
1/4 tsp – Salt
150g – Chicken Thigh fillet, cut into 2″ pieces

How to do it:

1.- Put an erythritol, cumin, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
2.- Mix it well.
3.- Put the chicken pieces into the mix.
4.- Leave it a side to marinate for at least 4 hours.
5.- Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
