Keto Bacon and Broccoli Frittata

Breakfast? This is right food for your new favorite morning meal. Mushrooms, broccoli, bacon, eggs, heavy cream, and cheese – that’s great for tasty and “strong” breakfast! Amount of ingredients is for 2 persons.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You will need:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ cup – sliced Mushrooms
50 grams – Broccoli florets
2 slices – chopped Bacon
3 – whisked Eggs
1 Tbsp – Butter
2 Tbsp – Heavy Cream
30 grams – Cheddar Cheese, in cubes
and Salt and pepper, to taste

How to do it:

1.- Melt the butter on a non-stick pan.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2.- Put the bacon in and cook it until brown in color.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3.- Add mushrooms, broccoli and cheese.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4.- Than pour the heavy cream over the pan.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5.- Season with salt and pepper.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6.- Now add the eggs and cover the bottom of the pan entirely. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7.- Cover the pan for a few minutes until the top of the frittata is cooked. That’s it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
