To prepare this meal you will need about 20 minutes and 45 to 60 minutes cooking.
This amount of ingredients serves 4 people. 🥣🥣🥣🥣
Needed ingredients:
2 kg of White Cabbage cut to pieces (3 x 3 cm)
300 g of (smoked) Sausage
1Tbsp – Fat
2 – Carrots
2 dl – Tomato juice
4 – Bay leaves
1 tsp – chopped hot Peppers
1 pinch of Black Pepper
1 tsp – ground sweet Pepper
1 tsp – of Salt
1 – Onion, diced
1 tsp – Dill
How to do it:
In a dry pan, over a low heat, put the one tablespoon of fat, then add the onion and sauté. When the onion is half-done, add the carrot and sausages, with a little bit of water and cook for 10 minutes.
Add all other spices and stir, then add cabbage, tomato juice and about 3dl of water.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Don’t forget to stir from time to time and add small amounts of water if necessary.
When finished, serve in the bowl with a slice of keto bread.
