Chocolate and Nuts are sure combination and are always well going together. Have in mind to use chocolate that is keto friendly. This is easy and fast way to make nice Keto Dessert. Amount of ingredients is for 6 small cups.
You will need:
1 oz. – Salted Peanuts
2 tsp. – Heavy cream-
4 oz. – Dark chocolate, melted with heavy cream
2 oz. – Almond, ground
How to do it:
1.- Put 3 halves salted peanuts in each of the cups in the mold.
2.- Pour the melted chocolate.
3.- Top with ground almonds, just one thin layer.
4.- 30 minutes in the fridge.
5.- Serve and enjoy.
