Amount of ingredients is for 14 fat bombs that will will melt in your mouth.
You will need:
1/2 cup – Almond Meal
1/4 cup – Erythritol
7 oz – Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp – Salt
1 tsp – Vanilla Extract
50grams – dark keto friendly Chocolate Chips
1 tsp – Butter
How to do it:
1.- Add the cream cheese, almond meal, erythritol and vanilla extract in a bowl.
2.- Mix until well combined.
3.- Form balls and place them on a plate.
4.- Melt Butter and Chocolate Chips together in separate bowl.
5.- Deep each ball in the melted chocolate and refrigerate until set.
6.- Serve.
