Sandwich Keto Bread

Meal for 1 person

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp – of Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp – of  Coconut Flour
2 Tbsp – of Olive Oil
1 – large Egg
1/2 tsp – of Baking Powder

How to do it:

1) Pour olive oil into a dish, coating the bottom and sides evenly (use microwave-safe dish).
2) Add in egg and heavy cream. Mix until well mixed.
3) Add coconut flour and baking powder.
4) Spread the mix evenly into the dish with a rubber spatula.
5) Microwave it for 1-2 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
