These Fat Bombs are as good as Strawberry Cheesecake. This creamy taste is just delicious.
Here is used erythritol like a sweetener, but stevia is probably a healthier option.
One serving is 3 fat bombs:
Ingredients:
30 grams – diced Strawberries (frozen or fresh)
100 grams – softened Cream Cheese
1/3 cup – Coconut Flour
1 Tbsp – Erythritol
1 Tbsp – Coconut Oil
How to do it:
1) First mix strawberries and erythritol in a food processor.
2) Than add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
3) Make small balls and chill until ready to serve.
