You will need:
1/4 cup – halved Cherry Tomatoes
½ cup – Diced Rotisserie Chicken
1 cup – Shredded Romaine
For the dressing:
2 tsp – Dijon Mustard
1 tsp – Sugar-Free Honey
1 tsp – Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp – Olive Oil
pinch of Black Pepper
pinch Salt
How to do it:
1.- Mix together all ingredients for the dressing in a bowl.
2.- Add all remaining ingredients.
