1 tsp – Instant Coffee Powder
2oz – softened Butter
1 tsp – Vanilla Extract
4oz – softened Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp – Erythritol (or Stevia by your taste)
1 cup – crushed Sugar-free Grahams

How to do it:

1.- Put all ingredients in a food processor.
2.- Pulse into a smooth dough.
3.- Make small balls from dough.
4.- Chill for one hour.
