Keto Cobb Egg Salad

Perfect salad for your lunch. Especially if you have some egg and bacon left from your breakfast. Obviously, you can combine some other ingredients here as well. This salad is great option when you are busy or you need take away lunch. Ingredients here are for one person meal.

You will need:
1x – boiled Egg
2x – cooked Bacon slices
¼ cup – Cherry Tomatoes
1 cup – Lettuce
30 grams – Blue Cheese
1 Tbsp – Parsley

How to do it:

1.- First boil an egg and cook bacon.
2.- Add sliced lettuce to the lunch box.
3.- Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the lunch box.
4.- Next, slice and add the boiled egg to the lunch box.
5.- After adding the cooked bacon to the lunch box add the blue cheese.
You could add parsley as well.
