Keto Crab Cakes and Feta Cheese Salad is perfect meal for everybody, especially for seafood lovers. Crab meat and all the ingredients added are making this Crab Cake delicious meal. Vegetable is adding that Mediterranean flavor (Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, Lettuce…). Feta cheese and it’s salty and tangy flavor is adding that feeling of dinner on the some of the Greek Islands. Amount of ingredients is for 2 persons.
You will need:
For the Crab Cakes:
100 grams – Crab meat
2 Tbsp – Almond Flour
¼ tsp – Creole seasoning
1 Tbsp – chopped Leeks
2 tsp – chopped Parsley
1 – Egg
¼ tsp – Coconut Aminos
½ tsp – Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp – Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper
2 Tbsp – Olive Oil, for frying
For the Salad:
50 grams – shredded Romaine Lettuce
½ cup – halved Cherry Tomatoes
2 Tbsp – sliced Black Olives
60 grams – crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp – of Mayonnaise, to serve
How to do it:
1.- Mix all the ingredients of the crab cakes, except for olive oil, in the bowl.
2.- When well combined, shape them into little patties and place them on a plate.
3.- Heat olive oil in a pan.
4.- Carefully add little crab cakes.
5.- Slowly flip and cook the other side of the crab cakes.
6.- Serve the crab cakes with all the salad ingredients on a plate.
You can add Mayonnaise as well.
