Keto Fried Salmon with Scrambled Eggs

Always great meal with lots of vitamins and nutrients needed for great start of the day. Keto Fried Salmon with Scrambled Eggs will make you enjoy this nice and tasty meal. Spinach, in addition, is known as one of the best vegetable food, full with useful micro-nutrients and vitamins. Ingredients in the list are for one serving.

You will need:

To make fried Salmon Fillet:
1 piece – 150 grams skinless Salmon Fillet
2 Tbsp – Olive oil
1 slice – of Lemon
spices: Garlic, Parsley
1 Tbsp Butter

To make scrambled eggs:
1 whisked Egg
2 Tbsp – Butter
¼ cup – Heavy Cream
Salt, to taste

A handful of fresh Spinach, to serve together

How to do it:

Salomon Fillet:
1.- Dry Salmon Fillet with paper towel.
2.- Season it whole with salt and pepper.
3.- Squeeze lemon juice over fillet.
4.- Heat Olive oil in the pan (medium heat).
5.- Put the salmon in the pan and keep pressing it lightly until golden and crispy.
6.- Flip it and do the same on the other side of the Salmon Fillet.
7.- And finally add what is left of garlic, parsley, lemon juice and melt butter around it.
Done, ready to put it on to the plate together with eggs and Spinach.

How to prepare Eggs:

1.- Melt the butter in the pan.
2.- Add the eggs and the heavy cream and mix until well combined.
3.- Cook until eggs are no longer runny.
4.- Season with salt.
Serve the fried salmon on a serving plate, add eggs and fresh spinach.
