What will you need:
1 1/2 cup – Pumpkin, cut into squares
1 tsp – Pumpkin seeds
1 tsp – unsalted Butter
1/4 cup – Chicken stock
How to do it:
1.- Have pumpkin choped into squares.
2.- Add water and pumpkin squares in the saucepan.
3.- Simmer in a saucepan, until tender, about 5-10 minutes.
4.- Prepare blender.
5.- Add the cooked pumpkin and butter.
6.- Add chicken stock.
7.- Blend until smooth.
8.- Top with pumpkin seeds and serve.
