You will need:
2 oz – Butter, softened
4 oz – Cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup – Almond Flour
1/4 cup – Sugar-free Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp – Erythritol
1 tsp – Vanilla Extract
How to do it:
1) Mix cream cheese, butter, sweetener (erythritol or stevia), and vanilla extract in a food processor. Make it smooth.
2) Blend almond flour until become a smooth dough.
3) Put chocolate chips into the mixture.
4) Make balls from dough and gently flatten into shape.
5) Chill until ready to serve.
